HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping within Australia

Standard Shipping

Opieka Candles offers FREE standard shipping  Australia wide when you spend over $100.00 or more.

Spend $100.00 or less, standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12.00.

Orders are estimated to be delivered within a 3-8 business day timeframe.

Express Shipping

Spend $150.00 or more, you are eligible for FREE express shipping.

Spend $150.00 or less, express shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15.00.

Orders are estimated to be delivered within a 1-4 business day timeframe.

Worldwide Shipping

Standard Shipping

Standard International Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $45.00.

Orders are estimated to be delivered within 12-25 business day timeframe.

Kindly note, shipping rates differ when large sales are run on our website. Please check promotions accordingly.

Please allow 1-5 business days for processing and dispatch of orders as all our products are made to order. We hand make your orders carefully and in small batches.

Service and distribution centres do not operate over the weekend or public holidays, so your orders will be dispatched the following business day if placed on a Friday or over the weekend.

All orders are sent via Australia Post.

The more information you give us, the sooner we can try and change your information. 

Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we can no longer make any adjustments. Head over to Australia Post to check the status of your order prior to emailing us for a change of shipping address.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking will be provided for all orders. You will be sent an email once your order is dispatched so you can see where your goodies are at all times!

RETURNS

Please ensure you have read the description of our fragrances prior to choosing a scent and making a final decision. 


We accept returns if the item you purchased is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at info@opiekacandles.com if it is. If your enquiry is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or automatically refund the purchase price, on the original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Items sent back to us without first requesting an inspection will not be accepted.


Not happy with your fragrance? We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement of your candle, upon Our Candle Guarantee to you. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Customers are entitled to only 1 change of mind. 

 

If you are unsure of what fragrance you like, we highly recommend you purchase our Discovery Pack, giving you the option to select 6 fragrances you like the sound of the best, and have it shipped to your door, making things a little easier for you to decide.
